One of the main features of Kona Ohana is the Japanese style wooden bath/hot tub (rotenburo) which has wonderful views of the ocean, sunset, and stars at night. A delicious continental breakfast with 100% Kona coffee and local, tropical fruit will be available at any time in the morning after 7:45.
 Kona Ohana is run by Daniel Swanson, an American who taught History in Japan for over twenty years and has traveled in over fifty countries. He has lived in Hawaii since 2002, worked as a tour guide here on the island, and is more then happy to assist you in making your stay in Hawaii a memorable one. Aloha! Kona Ohana Guest House is conveniently located 15-20
minutes south of Kailua-Kona in a lush, green, tropical setting.
Guest rooms have a private entrance and beautiful views of the ocean
and sunset from both the rooms and the lanai (porch). To ensure
complete privacy, if only one room is rented, the other room will
not be rented out to anybody else. You will never have to share
space with strangers.
